I'm pictured here with my brother Richard Stephen Halfmann in 2007 at a Fourth of July picnic.  He just had some Frito Pie and a Coca Cola and is playing one of his ubiquitous "putt-putts". 

Richard waited until a few hours after April 1st to leave this world.  He had Downs Syndrome but it seemed more like Ups Syndrome as he was never depressed.
